Welcome to Sunshine Coast Ophthalmologists at Noosa & Nambour, the only permanent and fully equipped Ophthalmic clinic in Noosa, Queensland and formally known as Noosa Ophthalmology. We provide exceptional ophthalmic care to our patients in our purpose built clinic, equipped with modern rooms and state-of-the-art equipment.

Our friendly and approachable staff will provide you with quality and timely service and will make you feel welcome, assured and informed. We are locals and are dedicated to the community and our patients.

Associate Professor
Kristopher Rallah-Baker

B. MED, AMA(M), MAICD, FRANZCO

Associate Professor Kris. Rallah-Baker is Australia’s first and currently only Indigenous ophthalmologist. As a proud Yuggera and Biri-Gubba man, Dr Rallah-Baker is making a permanent footprint in Noosa and the local community.

Kris is a highly respected ophthalmologist and is one of the founding members of the Australian Indigenous Doctors Association, a Director on the Federal Board of the Royal Flying Doctors Service, technical advisor to the Fred Hollows Foundation and Chair of the Vision2020 Indigenous Committee. Kris provides comprehensive ophthalmic care delivered in a friendly, compassionate and professional manner.

Naomi
Practice Manager

Meet Naomi, our dedicated Practice Manager and proud Sunshine Coast local with over a decade of experience in the medical industry. With a passion for patient-centered care and a love for sports, Naomi believes in the impact of a smile and a helping hand.

Having built SCO from the ground up, she considers it her first baby, reflecting her commitment and love for the practice. Beyond her professional achievements, Naomi is delighted to see her 8-month-old grow up on the Sunshine Coast. With a history of representing the region in soccer, Naomi brings a winning spirit to our team, leading and collaborating with a group of true professionals.

 

 

Kelsey
Assistant Practice Manager

Kelsey has lived on the beautiful Sunshine Coast ever since moving from England in 2008. Loving the lifestyle that the Sunshine Coast brings, she wouldn’t choose anywhere else to bring up her two young children. Kelsey has been working in Ophthalmology for the past 11 years and strives to provide the best service possible for patients.

Anna
Senior Clinical Optometrist

Born in Poland, Anna moved to Sydney in 1977. Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Optometry from UNSW in 1991 and has spent the past 29 years perfecting her craft both in Australia and abroad. Anna and her husband Chris both share a passion for helping others. Chris is a local skin cancer doctor and Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Australian Navy.

 

 

Morgan
Ophthalmic Technician

With five years of experience in the healthcare industry, Morgan thrives on meeting diverse individuals and ensuring every patient has a positive experience. Beyond her professional dedication, she immerses herself in the natural beauty of the coast during her free time, exploring and enjoying the outdoors with friends and family.

Sue
Reception

Sue has been working in Ophthalmology for the past 11 years and is a familiar face to many of our clients. Sue and her family migrated to the Sunshine Coast from New Zealand in 2005 to make the most of the coastal lifestyle. Having worked in the Noosa area for so long, Sue feels truly blessed to have developed many friendships with our patients.

 

 

Isabel
Reception

Meet Isabel, our dedicated receptionist and Sunshine Coast native. After moving from Victoria at age 8, Isabel has called this coastal paradise home for the past 12 years. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Isabel loves connecting with patients and believes a friendly smile can brighten anyone's day. Her warm nature and genuine enthusiasm make her an invaluable part of our team.

Lisa
Reception

Lisa was Born in the UK & relocated to Brisbane 20 years ago. Lisa and her family have always loved holidaying in Noosa and dreamt of living here permanently. After working in Ophthalmology for the past 4 years in Brisbane, Lisa and her husband made the move to Noosa to finally live out their dream where they are both loving working and exploring the beautiful Sunshine Coast together.
